Storage and Data Backup Company wanted to migrate away from an old multi-site installation of WordPress to a simple single-site install. This required migration to a new host and upgrading PHP to 8.3.  This took 18 hours, including client communication, deployment, and QA.

Antiques company wanted a custom shipping quote for international customers so that they could accurately quote shipping costs for their unique product dimensions and sizes. It required us to create a custom plugin and it allowed for custom email messaging and a dashboard to manage the shipping quotes. Custom plugin, plus communication, QA and deployment was 40 hours.

Hobby company asked us to develop and implement a self-service subscription autoship portal that empowers shops to manage their own recurring orders with minimal reliance on staff. We built this portal, tested, and communicated around the project for about 75 hours of work.

Podcast company wanted to implement a guest checkout feature that allows user to checkout without logging in when purchasing physical products, while still requiring a login for digital products. We spent 10 hours creating a filter that checks for digital and physical products and sends users through the right workflow. 

Law firm needed a whole redesign of their website along with reusable templates for landing pages and blog posts. They also needed a live event ticketing system. We planned out the project, communicated, designed and built a new site with a homepage, five internal pages, two templates and a ticketing system plugin for 75 hours.

Medical supply company needed a deep integration with Fishbowl ERP and their WooCommerce store. The goal of our work was to create a WooCommerce-Fishbowl integration that would remove manual work, migrate records from Quickbooks, and reconfigure the order process. This integration was made from scratch. Our development, project management, communications and testing, took a total of 200 hours.

A dental supply company switched from Arlo to LearnDash for their learning management system. They needed it integrated with WooCommerce, allowing users to view courses and buy products under the same login. Our team spent about 55 hours removing the old integration, transferring data, installing the new system, and reformatting the site—along with project management, testing, and communication.

A personality testing company approached us to rebuild their website and database using Laravel. Their site featured digital testing codes and a complex system that needed a fresh, streamlined approach. We initially quoted 200 hours to plan, develop, test, and manage communication throughout the entire project.

We quoted 40 hours to build a seamless integration that automated processes and minimized manual work, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

A technology news company asked us to redesign their website, create page templates for different sections, and assist with ad management. Our team estimated 100 hours to complete the redesign, handle data migration, conduct thorough testing and quality assurance, provide project management, maintain clear communication, and train their team on the new system.

A non-profit organization reached out for an SEO audit of their website, with an action plan as the final deliverable. We spent 8 hours reviewing their site, identifying key SEO improvements, and provided a detailed monthly action plan. We’re now collaborating with them to implement the plan and boost their online presence.

We helped a fabric company modernize their delivery process by moving from CDs to a digital solution for sending files to shops and customers.
